The first edition of Business & Meeting Solutions that took place on March 21st and 22nd 2012 in Brussels Expo, welcomed more than 1900 visitors and exhibitors. Especially the quality of visitors was stressed by the exhibitors – personal assistants, office managers, meeting planners, event managers and marketing responsibles, found their way to Business & Meeting Solutions.
The interaction between the visitors and the exhibitors, but also between the exhibitors amongst each other, went fluently; Business & Meeting Solutions offered the opportunity to network efficiently. The members of Wallonia-Brussels Tourism were more than satisfied about the quality of the exhibitors and the number of new contacts made: “The members of Wallonia-Brussels Tourism that were present, have expressed the desire to return in 2013. A trade fair such as Business & Meeting Solutions is necessary in the actual economic situation.”
Conceptum, organizer of the fair, has done an excellent job of preparation and has succeeded in stressing the Belgian offer. Business & Meeting Solutions offered a positive answer to the expectations of the visitors, who knew exactly to which supplier to turn to for the organization of their events.
Do not miss out on the 2nd edition of Business & Meeting Solutions, planned on March 13th and 14th 2013. Based on the results of the first edition, a rise in the number of exhibitors and visitors is expected.
